This Statement of Terms of Use ("Statement") governs our relationship with the people featured on BWWST and others who interact with BWWST. By using and accessing BWWST, you agree to this Statement.

Privacy is very important to us. We do not disclose full names of BWWST participants, nor do we share web form submission content and information with others. However in following the intended use of the site we do submit a selection of submitted ‘before and after’ photos and the associated brief story. The associated submission data, such as full name and email is not submitted or displayed on the BWWST website, nor is it shared, distributed or sold.


You will always own all of the content and information you submit to BWWST, you are responsible for it and you can simply request to have submitted items removed from the BWWST website.
In addition:

1. You will only submit material to BWWST that is your intellectual property. You certify that you have the rights to distribute the photos and content and that this content does not violate any copyright laws or terms of use.

2. For content that is covered by your intellectual property rights, like photos and scripts ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you submit on or in connection with BWWST ("IP License"). This IP License ends when you request that your IP content be removed and deleted, via email or web form.

3. When we delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

4. When we publish content or information it means that everyone, including people off of BWWST (i.e. through various search engines), will have access to that information and we may not have control over what they do with it.

5. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about BWWST, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).




We endeavor to post information that is legitimate and honest, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep BWWST away from forged, counterfeit, fictitious and insincere submissions. Together we all adhere to the following commitments:

1. You will only submit photos and testimonial about yourself, and will not submit the information of someone else or act on someone else’s behalf.

2. You will not send or otherwise submit unauthorized commercial content to BWWST.

3. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access BWWST, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.

4. You will not engage in unlawful access or hacking into any file system or database on BWWST.

5. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

6. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

7. You will not use content on BWWST to bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

8. You will not submit content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

9. You will not use BWWST to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

10. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of BWWST, such as a denial of service attack.

11. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
